Our services

Every plan is different, and so is every person. Our support falls into three areas. Choose one to jump to it.

Support at home

Help with everyday life in your own home.

Help with daily personal activities

Support with personal care and daily routines, done the way you like. The NDIS calls this assistance with daily personal activities. We can also help you build the skills to do more yourself.

For example

  • Getting ready for the day, and winding down at night
  • Showering, dressing and grooming
  • Meals, eating and drinking
  • Using aids, equipment and communication devices

Home care

Support in your own home at times that suit you, including respite: a short break for the family or carers who usually support you.

For example

  • Cooking, cleaning and laundry
  • Company and a chat over a cuppa
  • Keeping your routine going while a carer has a rest

Gardening and maintenance

Help keeping your garden and home tidy and safe, so you can enjoy being at home.

For example

  • Lawn mowing and weeding
  • Garden tidy-ups and landscaping
  • Arranged with our local partners

Getting out and about

Doing the things you enjoy, in your community.

Community participation

Support to get out and do the things you enjoy, in your own way. We come with you, one to one.

For example

  • Sport like tennis, soccer or bowling
  • Music, arts, crafts and other hobbies
  • Shopping, cafes, the library or a trip to the movies
  • Catching up with friends and family

Group activities

Get-togethers with a small group of people in Melbourne's west. A relaxed way to try new things and make friends nearby.

For example

  • Outings to local places and events
  • Activities chosen with the group
  • Transport in our wheelchair-accessible van if you need it

Travel assistance

Safe, comfortable transport to where you need to go, with a support worker who can come with you.

For example

  • Appointments, work, study or day programs
  • Shopping, visits and social outings
  • Our wheelchair-accessible van and mobility scooter

Help with your NDIS plan

Making sense of your plan and putting it to work.

Support coordination

A support coordinator helps you understand your NDIS plan and use it well. Some NDIS plans include funding for this. It suits people who are new to the NDIS, or who'd like help putting their supports together. You're free to choose any providers you like, including ones other than us.

For example

  • Explaining your plan and budget in plain words
  • Finding providers that suit you and setting things up
  • Checking in on how your supports are going
  • Getting ready for your plan review

Paying for support

Our services are paid for through your NDIS plan. As a Registered NDIS Provider, we can work with you however your plan is managed:

  • by the NDIA, the agency that runs the NDIS
  • by a plan manager
  • by you, if you self-manage

Don't have a plan yet, or not sure what's in yours? Get in touch and we'll talk it through.

We're here when you're ready

Whether you're new to the NDIS, looking for a change, or referring someone you support, we'd love to hear from you.
