Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to support you or to reply to you. This may include:

  • your name, phone number, email address and the area you live in
  • details you choose to share in a form, email or phone call
  • if we support you: information about your NDIS plan, your support needs, your health, and who to contact in an emergency
  • if you apply to work with us: your work history, availability, any resume you choose to upload, and screening checks

Some of this, like health information, is sensitive. We only collect it with your consent, and only when we need it to support you.

How we collect it

We collect information from you directly, through our website forms, by phone, by email or in person. With your permission, we may also receive information from your family, carer, support coordinator, plan manager or the NDIA (the agency that runs the NDIS).

How we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry or referral
  • to plan, deliver and review your support
  • to claim payment for services through the NDIS
  • to consider you for work with us
  • to meet our legal duties as a Registered NDIS Provider

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We only share your information when you agree, when the law requires it, or with the services that help us run our website and email. This may include:

  • the NDIA, your plan manager or your support coordinator, to arrange and pay for your support
  • the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, when we're required to report to them
  • emergency services, if someone's health or safety is at serious risk
  • the services that run our website and email

Our website

Our website is hosted by Netlify. When you send us a form, Netlify stores what you sent and emails it to us. Netlify may store this information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.

Our website doesn't use tracking cookies, advertising tools or analytics.

The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may use cookies under Google's own privacy policy. Links to Google reviews, Facebook, Instagram and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Keeping your information safe

We store your information securely and only let people who need it see it. We keep records for as long as the law requires, then destroy them securely.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Just contact us and we'll reply as soon as we can.
