A local, family-owned Registered NDIS Provider in Melbourne's west. Here's our story and how we work.

Our story

Your Guardian Angel is a local, family-owned business in Melbourne's western suburbs, led by our Director, Kolet Hanna. We believe there's a world of experiences out there, and everyone deserves the support to enjoy them.

Kolet brings over 35 years in caregiving and education, and worked as a teacher before starting Your Guardian Angel. That mix shapes how we work. We don't just get tasks done. We help people build skills and confidence, at home and out in their community.

For more than six years, we've supported people one to one, in small groups, and on outings in our wheelchair-accessible van. Today we're a Registered NDIS Provider based in Melbourne's west, providing support wherever it's needed. We're still a small team, and we like it that way: it means we know the people we support, and their families know who to call.

Caregiving is at the heart of what we do. We give it a lot of passion and a lot of love, so we can build real connections with the people we support.

How we work

A few things matter to us in everything we do.

    There's no rush. We take time to understand what you need, and things only change when you're ready.

  • With you, not for you

    You're the expert on your life. We work alongside you towards the goals you choose.

  • Respect, always

    We treat everyone as the adult they are, and respect your home, your culture and your choices.

  • Plain and honest

    We explain things in everyday words, and we'll tell you straight if something isn't a good fit.

A Registered NDIS Provider

Being registered means we've been checked against the NDIS Practice Standards, and we're overseen by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. It's there to make sure your support is safe and good quality.

It also means we can work with you however your NDIS plan is managed. Our NDIS registration number is 4050102278.

Auslan support

If you or someone in your family uses Auslan, we can support you in Auslan. Let us know when you get in touch, and we'll plan your support around the way you communicate.

You can contact us by email or through the National Relay Service if that's easier than a phone call.

Our wheelchair-accessible van and mobility scooter

Our wheelchair-accessible van makes getting to appointments, outings and group activities easier.

We also have a mobility scooter. Just tell us what you need when you book.
